How do I apply for a letter?

There are a couple of steps that need to be completed first before you can apply for a letter. This is done to ensure that no fraud takes place and to protect the registered company.

  1. The company needs to be registered with us first.

  2. An administrator needs to be appointed who will be responsible for the company.

  3. You need to be registered and approved as a user for a specific company

  4. The user or the administrator needs to create a project - each job (or project) needs to be approved by the company administrator

  5. As a freelance user you will be given an OTP (one time pin) which you must load each time to gain access to the specific project.

  6. You need to load your applicant's details

  7. The applicant will receive a mail from our system asking them to load a copy of a valid passport

  8. Now you can apply for a visa letter by completing the details of the specific trip and linking the applicant to the project.

  9. Once this is complete our Fiva Administrators will adjudicate your application by doing a background check on the applicant and ensuring all the details such as spelling of the name, passport number etc are correct.

  10. You will be notified via email once your letters are ready, you can log in to the system and you will find the letters ready for download on your dashboard.

INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS PLEASE NOTE: YOU CANNOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO US FOR A LETTER - ONLY YOUR REGISTERED SOUTH AFRICAN SERVICE PROVIDER CAN DO SO
